Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to support the Head of Project throughout the project lifecycle. This role will require you to serve as the company’s on-site representative during the construction phase, ensuring smooth progress and safety compliance at all times. Your key responsibilities include monitoring daily activities, tracking work progress, ensuring site safety, and maintaining quality control. You will act as a liaison between contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Characteristics:
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
- Proactive, committed, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Resilient under pressure, particularly in a fast-paced project environment.
- Flexible and willing to be stationed at project locations nationwide.
- Proficiency in planning software, drafting, and quality control will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
