perform operation’s office admin duties, address all general inquiries, assemble mailing, including incoming fax and attend to guests. Follow up incoming/outgoing documents, test report, production forms/reports from Supervisor and sorting the documents on time and up to date. Prepare and follow up the invoices, purchase requisition / purchase order etc. Update system and checking, prepare, key in the production form, good receive note, delivery order, invoice, sales order, purchase order of incoming material and delivery. Assist in delivery and collection arrangement such as preparation of invoice, packing list, custom form etc. Liaise with Transporter for logistic arrangement. Update Production department on daily delivery and arrangement. Handle inspection report and update into the system, follow up and ensure all the documentations received. Perform other office duties as assigned. REQUIREMENT Aged 22 years old above. Min Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/ Retail Management or any other related field Excellent in Microsoft Office & Outlook Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in administration / retail field is an added advantage. Excellent communication skills and able to work with team. Able to travel when required. Possess strong problem-solving skills and multitasking. Willing to work on Weekend / Public Holiday when required.
