Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Process invoices, receipts and payments.
Monthly reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial transactions such as bank statements and inventories.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing.
Prepare documentation and liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agent, company secretary and other authorities.
Track and manage petty cash and office expense.
Maintain and update filing systems.
Process payroll and related benefits.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Account management: 2 years (Preferred)
