Objective: Operational Clerk will play a key role in supporting day-to-day business operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that processes run smoothly. Key Activities: Updating Warehouse Attendant Report Ensure warehouse attendant activity reports are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with operational data. Claim Case Follow-Up - Issue CN & Incident Report Process Credit Notes (CN) related to claim cases and draft detailed incident reports for documentation. Scanning Incoming Delivery Orders (DO) Digitize all incoming Delivery Orders for electronic storage and ensure they are accurately logged in the system. Documentation Storage (Hardcopy & Softcopy) Organize and archive both physical and digital copies of essential documentation for easy retrieval and compliance. Container Details Handle all container-related tasks such as sending emails, updating activity records, and tracking associated charges. Prepare Documents for Warehouse Assemble required documents, including dockets and collection plans, and coordinate equipment checks like forklifts. Monthly Update - Permit to Work Update "Permit to Work" documents monthly and submit them to the Security and Safety team. Follow-Up on Customer Goods (Email & WhatsApp) Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding the status of their goods, addressing any concerns promptly.
