Senior Executive, Marketing & Business Development The Marketing and Business Development Senior Executive will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiative and expanding our business. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales advertising, a knack for multitasking, and the motivation to cultivate sponsorship relationships with banks and financial institutions. Additionally, you will lead user and subscriber engagement campaigns to increase our customer base. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and growth. - Approach banks and financial institutions to secure sponsorships for our campaigns and initiatives. - Lead and execute user campaigns, contests, and referral programs to enhance user engagement and loyalty. - Drive subscriber campaigns, contests, and referral programs specifically designed to increase our subscriber base. - Plan and execute both online and offline initiatives aimed at attracting new subscribers and retaining existing ones. - Conduct comprehensive briefings and orientations for new users and subscribers, ensuring they understand the value and features of our offerings. - Create persuasive marketing materials and presentations for potential sponsors and partners. - Analyze market trends, user feedback, and campaign performance to refine strategies and identify new growth opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cohesive marketing initiatives. - Provide regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and insights for continuous improvement.
