We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing cum PR Executive with a passion for skincare to join our team in Nilai. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies and public relations campaigns that enhance brand visibility, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and drive business growth. A key part of the role is creating high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, particularly TikTok, to connect with our audience and showcase our brand. Key Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Development and Execution: -Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels. - Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize ROI. 2. Content Creation and Management: -Produce high-quality, creative content for social media platforms, with a focus on short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. -Develop engaging posts, challenges, and interactive content to boost audience engagement. -Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional videos. 3. Social Media Strategy: -Develop and implement a social media strategy to build brand presence and engage the audience, especially on TikTok and other emerging platforms. -Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content to adapt strategies accordingly. 4. Event Management: -Plan and execute events, trade shows, and product launches to enhance brand visibility, with a focus on skincare products. -Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless event execution. 5. Corporate Communications: -Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure consistency in brand messaging. -Foster relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and community groups. 6. Brand Management: -Uphold the company’s reputation by monitoring media coverage and responding proactively. -Develop and enforce branding guidelines across all communication channels Key Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interest and knowledge in skincare trends, products, and industry practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 1 years of experience in marketing, PR, or related roles. Demonstrated success in managing marketing campaigns and PR strategies. Passionate about skincare with a good understanding of the industry.
