Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage J.CO’s social media and digital marketing efforts, email campaigns, and content updates, while optimizing performance based on insights. ( Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and etc)
- Manage relationships with mall to explore potential tie in programs and build relationship with landlords.
- Manage relationships with internal and external creative teams, agencies, and vendors to develop integrated customer communication materials
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to keep the communication strategy relevant while evaluating the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Responsible for managing and updating delivery platforms including Grabfood, Foodpanda, Shoopeefood and Ala Carte.
- Responsible for marketing inventory management – manage stock level of marketing materials and coordinate the delivery to stores.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior to support marketing and communication initiatives.
