Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing: Plan, create, and execute campaigns across social media and other platforms. Content Creation: Design graphics, write captions, and create promotional materials. Produce engaging video content for social media platforms, including reels, TikToks, and short promotional videos. Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and feedback on WhatsApp. Market Research: Conduct research to gather insights into industry trends and competitor activities. Event Support: Assist in promoting and coordinating hospital events such as health talks and awareness campaigns. Administrative Support: Update records, prepare reports, and support the marketing team with daily operations. What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Business, or related fields. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends. Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva) is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and creativity in creating engaging content. Proactive, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. What’s in It for You A monthly allowance of RM700.
