Kitchen Steward (Immediate)

1. Kitchen Cleaning and Sanitation - Wash, clean, and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, cutlery, and cookware - Clean and maintain kitchen floors, walls, and work surfaces - Ensure all areas meet health and safety standards - Properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment 2. Dish and Utensil Management - Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently - Sort, pre-wash, and stack dishes and utensils - Maintain organization in dish storage areas - Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of all items 3. Waste Management - Manage kitchen waste disposal - Maintain clean and organized waste storage areas 4. Supply and Inventory Support - Assist in receiving and storing cleaning supplies - Help with inventory checks and stock rotation - Report low stock levels to Chief Steward or Superior - Maintain cleanliness of storage areas 5. Kitchen Support - Assist kitchen team with basic preparation tasks - Help in maintaining kitchen organization - Support during peak hours and busy service periods - Follow all kitchen safety and hygiene protocols
