Purchasing Planning Executive

Responsibilities • Assist acts on order releases action and exception messages from the company system. • Prepare jumbo roll forecast, manage packaging materials inventory levels, schedules and availability of selected items, to meet production schedules. • Assistant to answer termination or cancellation requests from sales. • Assist to update the daily issue on material shortage and follow up with production plan on the daily production output. • Receives and reviews sale orders against current requirements and works in process using the material requirement planning report. • Assist and update releases purchase requisition for production material with HOD. • To assists superior in daily purchasing operations including import purchase, sourcing steel materials, price negotiation & follow up delivery • To ensure all materials are purchased according to required specifications & requirements as stated in PO • To monitor delivery schedule with suppliers and ensure goods are delivered in accordance to the agreed price and specification • To monitor and arrange import purchase • To carry out price review activities for goods purchased • To generate PO & related correspondences • Work closely with internal department and external suppliers on purchased items or engaged items • To monitor the inventory and delivery status • To provide sales support and coordination work to sales department. • Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time • Develop and follow up new packaging materials with sales and supplier. • ISO documentation • Prepare and keep update daily process status to manager Job Requirements • Applicants must possess at least Degree in any field • Good presentation & communication skills • Aggressive and self-motivated personality and able work independently in a fast-pace environment • Must be computer literate • 5 days / week • Able to start work immediately / having experiences in manufacturing industries will be an added advantage • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
