Customer Liaison and Sales Support o Liaise with customers on order arrangements, prepare proforma invoices & sales contracts. o Assist with inquiries and promptly address customer requirements. 2. Issue Resolution o Handle urgent customer matters and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt resolution. 3. Administrative Duties o Prepare and manage sales documentation, including quotations, proforma invoices, sales contracts, sales reports, management meeting reports, forecasts, update costing, sales scorecards, and customer promotion reports, ensuring accuracy. 6. Payment Control o Oversee payment processes and ensure compliance with due dates. 7. Sales Strategy Execution: o Assist in executing sales strategies for assigned territories aligned with targets set by management. o Analyze sales data to assess performance against objectives and identify growth opportunities. 8. Market Research: o Conduct market research to gather insights into trends and competitive landscapes, identifying areas for expansion. 9. Packaging and Labeling: o Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Suppliers to ensure Captain & OEM packaging meets regulatory standards and complies with market requirements. o Facilitate communication between departments to streamline the development and approval of packaging materials. 10. Regulatory Compliance Export Procedures: o Support the execution of export procedures, ensuring that all shipments comply with relevant regulations, including: FDA (Food and Drug Administration) GACC (General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China) HS Code (Harmonized System Code) o Stay updated on changes in export regulations and communicate these to relevant stakeholders. 11. Event Support: o Participate in international exhibitions and trade shows to promote products and gather market intelligence. o Follow up on inquiries after the events.
