ADMIN SALES AND MARKETING

Key Responsibilities: Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Manage account online shop including TikTok, Shopee and Lazada depends on supirior. - Print packing list and labels (air-way bill) for all digital platforms. Arrange easy parcel. - Pick up and drop off parcel to customer. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices. Audit Return products and prepare the necessary reports. Do the return and refund process. Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries. Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain and update sales and customer records. Support sales and marketing activities including be a cashier in shop. Develop monthly sales reports. Communicate important feedback from customers internally. Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations. Stay up-to-date with new products and features. Assist the pakaging team (if necessary) Salary based on experiance. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and analytical tools. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
