  • Managing outgoing mails, including letters, purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
  • Issuing payment vouchers.
  • Photocopying and filing suppliers' invoices and other related documents.
  • Ensuring a proper and organized filing system.
  • Assisting in administrative matters involving government bodies such as Customs, MOF, and Matrade.
  • Handling insurance-related tasks, including renewals and claims.
  • Monitoring stock of office stationery (printed documents), including ordering and replenishment.
  • Verifying sales tax return payments to Customs (CJ 3).
  • Issuing sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery orders as needed.
  • Assisting in the preparation of shipping documents for the export department.
