Warehouse Operations: Assist in receiving, storing, and distributing products and materials. Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate inventory records. Prepare orders for shipment and ensure timely dispatch. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments. Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to inventory and shipments. Handle phone calls and emails, providing information and support as needed. Maintain office supplies and assist in ordering as necessary. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or administration is a plus. Previous experience in a warehouse environment and administrative role preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Skills: Experience with inventory management software. Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving processes. Forklift certification is a plus.
