Finance Executive

Accounting and Financial Operations Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Reconcile invoices, receipts, and bank statements. Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including SST submissions and other statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO). Maintain organized and accurate financial records for audits and internal reviews. Financial Planning and Analysis Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Monitor cash flow and propose strategies to improve liquidity and financial stability. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making. Support the Finance Manager in assessing risks, optimizing costs, and driving financial efficiency. Compliance and Reporting Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and audit standards. Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed. Prepare and present periodic financial performance updates to stakeholders. Team Collaboration Work closely with other departments to manage budgets, financial plans, and project cost controls. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance financial efficiency and accountability. Any additional responsibilities/ tasks as delegated by the Management as needed.
