Role: The Business Development & Operations Executive is responsible to generate sales leads, contact potential clients, and nurture existing customer relationships while ensuring the proper operation implementation of the project. Responsibilities: 1. Business Development • Identify new businesses and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation • Manage existing accounts and develop business relationship • Introduce, promote and conduct presentation of additional services to existing and potential clients • Initiate new business with potential clients • Assist in feasibility studies and cost benefits analysis for new business initiatives • Monitor competitive landscape and customer demand to support business strategy development • Prepare quotations and agreements 2. Operation • Provide support on contract negotiation and contract management with internal and external stakeholders • Provide operational support in managing interactions with customers • Drive process improvement for the operations through reviewing and adopting efficient processes and technology • Timely updates of required reports and documents • Prepare meeting minutes and presentation slide for monthly meetings and etc. • Support in housekeeping and managing of internal document management system • Support team’s administrative matters 3. Others • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior. 4. QHSE Responsibilities • Ensure continuous employee healthy and safe working environment. • Quality and HSE procedures as per the ISO are being adhered and understood at all time and they are being communicated to staffs/subordinates. Accountabilities: 1. Project Schedule 2. Progress Report 3. Procurement Control Sheet 4. Inspection & QA/QC Authorities: 1. Represent company to liaise with client, evaluates and resolves problems of the client. Education Qualification: 1. At least a Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Technology or other equivalent certificates, or related field. 2. Fresh graduates who are looking for challenges and with high motivation are encouraged to apply. Skills and/or Experience: 1. Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc. 2. Strong communication and presentation skills 3. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English 4. Able to work independently as well as strong team-player, positive, self-driven, organised and meticulous 5. Able to work efficiently while multitasking and cope well under pressure. 6. Working under pressure with minimum supervision from superior. 7. Possess own transport and able to travel frequently.
