Job Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address customer inquiries regarding Maxis products, services, and promotions. Handle complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Sales: Promote and sell Maxis products and services, including mobile plans, broadband, and devices. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest Maxis products, services, promotions, and competitors' offerings. Educate customers about product features and benefits. Store Operations: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Manage product displays and ensure compliance with brand guidelines. Perform cashier duties, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer details. Assist in inventory management and stock counts. Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports as required. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve overall store goals. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Key Skills and Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude. Basic knowledge of mobile technology and telecommunications. Familiarity with sales systems and POS (Point of Sale) software is an advantage. Work Environment: Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Fast-paced and target-driven environment. Interaction with diverse customers.
