Finance Manager

The candidate is expected to lead a subsidiary of the Group in all matters during the journey to various corporate exercises.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Finance Business Partner to CEO of the Company on matters but not limited to business strategy, corporate finance and planning, financial strategies, implementation and execution etc.
• Developing and execution of approved financial strategies which was constantly aligned with CEO.
• Actively participate in fund raising exercise.
• Leading the finance department including manpower hiring, succession planning, KPI setting , ERP integration and implementation, SOP and Limits of Authority, financial review and analysis. This includes finance succession planning and finance talent retention.
• Responsible for all financial operations of the company including day to day financial operations matters.
• Prepare and present company's financial performance to senior management for decision making in a timely and accuracy manners.
• Develop and implement internal controls to ensure a reliable accounting process and system.
• Prepare, tracking and reporting of the annual budget and forecasting of the company.
• Responsible to preparation of management report and closing for AR, AP, GL, tax, assets, treasury and corporate finance (financial analysis, financial modeling etc).
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities to ensure timely completion of audits and compliances (including e-invoicing, SST, GST etc).
• Responsible to lead the Company in all its corporate exercise.
• Other assignments as and when determined by the management from time to time.

Skills & Qualifications

• Credible bachelor's degree in accounting and finance
• Minimum 7 years experience in an accounting or finance role
• At least 4 years audit experience in a big 4 audit firm
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills and ability to compartmentalise complex issues
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communications skill with high degree of maturity, tactfulness, diplomatic, resourcefulness and professionalism
• Team players and agility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
