Summary

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Ambassador is responsible to assist the Operations team as a translator, providing excellent customer service while doing so and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years' work experience as customer service role.
  • Fluency in both Korean and English is a must.
  • Good problem solving and interpersonal skills are a must.
