Join Our Team as a Customer Success Specialist – Korean!
Location: Penang, Malaysia
Remuneration:
- RM10,100 (basic + housing & language allowance)
- RM100 - RM400 (shift allowance)
- Additional perks and benefits!
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (rotational shifts with 2 days off per week)
Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduates Welcome! Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
- High school diploma with 5 years of work experience OR Diploma with 3 years of work experience is required.
- Must submit an English work certificate from a previous employer.
- B2-level English language proficiency is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Assisting customers with online orders and payment processes.
- Representing the client’s brand with professionalism and empathy.
- Handling customer concerns and providing effective solutions.
- Continuously improving service quality through training and feedback.
Requirements:
- Customer service orientation with strong active listening skills.
- Passion for communication and people interaction.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and typing (40 WPM with 90% accuracy).
- Fluent in Korean (speaking, reading, and writing).
