PRODUCTION EXEC CUM SAFETY OFFICER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and prepare monthly production output, production yield to achieve production department objective
• Responsible for the company's overall production planning and scheduling to ensure that orders are delivered as scheduled
• Maintain production cost control program by prepare data to reduce wastage and down time.
• Responsible for the compilation and approval of some documents for the company's production management
• Continuous improvement in facility and process line.
• Develop SOP and provide training to subordinate.
• To advise the employer or any person in charge of a place of work on the measures to be taken in the interests of the safety and health of the persons employed in the place of work.
• To inspect the place of work to determine whether any machinery, plant, equipment, substance, appliance or process or any description of manual labor used in the place of work, is of such nature liable to cause bodily injury to any person working in the place of work.
• To investigate any accident, near-miss accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning, or occupational disease which has happened in the place of work.

WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma or Degree holder (Knowledge in Safety & Health will add advantage)
• Has experience in Production Planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail minded, proactive, independent.
• Proficiency in using PC applications i.e. Outlook, MS Office, Word Processing, etc.
• Initiative and able to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
