JOB SUMMARY

Support productions operations and ensure minimum or zero downtime and stoppage of test equipment and testers. Assist Engineer to collecting data and analysis high failure in production line.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.

2. Contribute to Test KPIs’ (Test Yield, Downtime, Debug Bone pile and Aging)

3. To ensure that test sets up is correct and rectify failure.

4. To initiate corrective action meeting when product yield is low.

5. To stop line and testing when rejects are found base on set procedures.

6. To assist and perform the equipment preventive maintenance following set schedules.

7. To resolve problem relating to test rejects.

8. To implement corrective / preventive action to rectify test problem and improve test yield

9. To assist Test engineer to train and certify new test operators.

10. To assist Test engineer on engineering changes and improvements on jig/tester/test system.

11. To conduct evaluation on board failure & board quality.

12. To ensure rework methods are compliance to product requirement.

13. To update and control daily debug WIP & movement.
