Responsibilities:
- To help BSN’s customer to stay protected by offering Bank Insurance Product.
- To source customer from branch walk-in, build relationship with Bank’s existing customers and share the product with others customer within the Bank community.
- To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales target.
- To actively participate in the Bank’s sales and promotion activities (face to face (F2F) / virtually).
- To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service.
- To have disciplined tracking of all sales activities.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in any field.
- Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to converse in other local languages would be an added advantage.
- Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Possess PCE, CEILLI or PCIL license is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Masai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- PCE and CEILI or PCEIL (Preferred)
