JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Sales Collection Report: Prepare a daily report of all sales collections.
  • Sales Reports in System: Input sales data into the system and verify the e-invoices.
  • Email Monitoring: Regularly check emails for updates, requests, or actions that may require immediate attention.
  • Follow Customer Installations & Special Offers: Ensure customer installations are on track, and communicate any special offers.
  • Petty Cash, Supplier Payments, & Spare Parts Orders: Manage petty cash, make payments to suppliers, and order necessary spare parts.
  • Monthly Statements & Contra Payments: Print and verify monthly financial statements, including contra payments, received funds, and verifications.
  • Voucher Claim Verification: Verify and confirm voucher claims, then prepare and send EV (electric vehicle) reports to Michelle and back to HQ.
  • Monthly Report Submission: Submit a monthly report to Ms. Ha and Mr. Aziz.
  • SA Incentive Calculations: Calculate incentives for Sales Advisors (SA).
  • Documentation for Spare Parts Payments: Prepare and verify documents related to spare parts payments.

Other JD will be brief during interview session.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
