Job Responsibilities:- To produce production artwork in accordance to client's specifications.
- To apply pre-press printing knowledge in daily routine.
- A team player with strong conceptual and design skills.
- Working closely with walk-in customers in understanding their design needs, work on their design and print product creation.
- Attend to walk-in customer and ensure the quality of customer service.
- Follow up closely on sales inquiry and coordinate with production team and customers.
- Reply to inquiry related to design service from all channels such as, walk-in, phone call, email and website.
- Ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customer
- Follow up on status of order and monitor closely.
- Resolve customers’ request and issues.
Job Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
- Proficient in Adobe Creative (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Required Skill(s): graphic design, desktop publishing, digital design and illustration;
- Video editing and packaging design skill is an added advantage
- Able to work under pressure and small company fast paced environment
- Able to work overtime and alternate Saturdays.
- Highly responsible with jobs in hand.
- Must be disciplined, resourceful and focused with a positive attitude.
- Good time management, coordination and organizational skills of own project timelines.
