Teacher

Purpose:

To serve as the program administrator in developing and implementing policies, programs, in a manner that promotes the educational development of each student and manage online classes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the classes schedule and details of a given class are well organized
• Communicate with other department's teachers to keep everyone on board about any changes to the assigned classes
• Organize reporting to parents, plan meetings and provide updates to Business Lead and the Director.
• Participate in project and module designing and propose improvements if necessary
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
• Take up Mathematics classes (Singaporean Methodology) and teach the students according to the trained approach (Training provided)
• Take up Individualized Education Program (IEP) classes
• Administrate the program with collecting fee, handling student affairs, answering calls and emails, engaging with parents and securing new leads for the business.
• Handle Virtual Classes through the Zoom platform

Requirements:

• Posses at least a Diploma/Bachelor degree in any related field
• Posses knowledge on Singapore Math methodology is highly recommended
• Ability to work with young kids
• Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to teach multiple subjects is high recommended
• Close attention to detail and the ability to plan ahead
• Ability to operate MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ) & Google Workplace (Docs, Sheets)

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
