Job responsibilities:
- Provide accounting and administrative support to the Finance department.
- Responsible for financial record keeping to record, check and process invoices, expenditures, receipts/payment, reconciliation, prepare accounting journals/adjustment, attending stock take and other financial transactions and assist superior to provide quality & timely reporting to meet the company’s objectives.
- Assist in monthly account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and summaries as required.
- Work with auditors, vendors, and suppliers to address any account-related queries.
- Assist the finance team in maintaining filing systems, archiving records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Support additional office duties and projects as required to maintain smooth operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
