Job responsibilities:

  • Provide accounting and administrative support to the Finance department.
  • Responsible for financial record keeping to record, check and process invoices, expenditures, receipts/payment, reconciliation, prepare accounting journals/adjustment, attending stock take and other financial transactions and assist superior to provide quality & timely reporting to meet the company’s objectives.
  • Assist in monthly account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and summaries as required.
  • Work with auditors, vendors, and suppliers to address any account-related queries.
  • Assist the finance team in maintaining filing systems, archiving records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Support additional office duties and projects as required to maintain smooth operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
