Job Description
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending emails and WhatsApp messages.
- Maintaining files and records.
- Performing data entry, including entering information and reports into databases.
- Answering phone calls and demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with self-discipline.
Working Location: Bandar Sri Damansara, Kepong
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6am) / Saturday (9am - 1am)
