Job Description

  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending emails and WhatsApp messages.
  • Maintaining files and records.
  • Performing data entry, including entering information and reports into databases.
  • Answering phone calls and demonstrating strong communication skills.
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with self-discipline.

Working Location: Bandar Sri Damansara, Kepong
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6am) / Saturday (9am - 1am)
