Looking for Internship candidates @ Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist (3-4 months)
Starting Period : Jan 2025 ; Ending : April 2025 or May 2025
Responsibilities
* Filling documents
* Coordinate work with necessary personnel
* Prepare Purchase Order
* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
* Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
* Assist with refreshments for meetings and visitors, (if required).
* Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier services.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin) are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Team player with good interpersonal and positive attitude.
- Good written and verbal communication skills / ability to discuss technical objectives to non-technical user community.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, excel, etc)
Allowance :
Will provide internship allowance RM700.00 / month.
