Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external parties and internal staff on behalf of the Group Managing Director’s office;
- Conduct thorough follow-ups after meetings, formulate action plans, and provide strategic suggestions. Report outcomes to the Group Managing Director for final decision-making;
- Propose effective solutions to challenges arising from business operations and execution;
- Manage correspondence, calls, and visitors with professionalism and discretion;
- Arrange and attend meetings, transcribe dictations, and prepare confidential and official correspondences, presentations, reports, proposals, and cost calculations;
- Support business-related meetings without limitations, including entertaining invited guests.
- Collate information, format documents, organize meetings, and develop presentations as required;
- Draft letters, agreements, and correspondence to facilitate the Group Managing Director's leadership responsibilities effectively;
- Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and discussions. Handle confidential matters with professionalism and integrity, and ensure that sensitive information is protected at all times, particularly with top management
- Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Group Managing Director. This may involve coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring that project objectives are met.
- Seek opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency within the Group. Conduct research and analysis to propose best practices and emerging trends, and implement new tools and technologies to optimize performance, improve operational efficiency, optimizing resource utilization, and enhancing overall departmental performance.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Positive working attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
