  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Credit Controller will be responsible for managing the credit risk for the company, ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate records of transactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Regularly review customer accounts to ensure credit limits are in line with business policies.
  • Manage and control the company’s accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Proactively chase overdue payments through phone calls, emails, or written correspondence.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements with customers, where necessary, to ensure minimal disruption to cash flow.
  • Monitor overdue accounts and escalate problematic cases to senior management when needed.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure that discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained for each customer’s account, with clear documentation on payment terms and schedules.
  • Provide regular reports on aging debt, payment status, and credit risks to senior management.
  • Prepare monthly reports to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide regular reports on term loans and trade line facilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring professional communication and excellent customer service.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns regarding payment issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit control activities.
  • Ad hoc tasks as needed from superiors.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/LCCI/ Diploma in any field.
  • Familiar with any accounting software will be an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of the team.
  • Good command in English and Bahasa.

Other Requirements:

  • Must possess a car and a valid driver’s license
  • Must be willing to travel

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
