Job Description:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand’s vision and goals.
- Brand Collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with brands that align with values, managing these collaborations from initiation to execution.
- Content Creation & Management: Oversee content strategy and manage the creation of engaging, high-quality content across all channels, including social media, website, and email.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support marketing team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and team members are encouraged to develop their skills.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities, using insights to refine our marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance metrics and report on key outcomes to the executive team, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years and above with proven experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong background in brand management and brand partnerships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Able to lead a team and communicate in English and BM. Additional language will be added advantage.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems).
- Passion for the coffee industry is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
