Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging materials that elevate our brand presence across various platforms. From social media graphics to e-commerce designs, product promotions, and video content, your creative input will directly influence how our audience engages with the brand. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure design consistency and impact across all digital and print channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & E-Commerce Design
- Develop eye-catching and on-brand visual content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok etc.) and e-commerce platforms.
- Create daily posts, banners, ads, and promotional materials tailored to each platform’s audience and design specifications.
2. Marketing Collateral
- Design marketing materials such as flyers, banners, buntings, stickers, packaging, and other print assets that align with our branding and marketing strategies.
3. Product Promotions & Event Materials
- Create visually compelling designs and videos for product launches, promotional campaigns, and events.
- Develop video content (e.g., promotional teasers, event trailers) and other multimedia assets for marketing purposes.
4. Social Media Templates
- Design and provide templates for daily social media posts, ensuring consistency and efficiency in content creation across platforms.
5. Live Streaming Support
- Set up and support live streaming sessions, including live social media broadcasts and Zoom training sessions.
- Ensure high-quality visuals and a seamless experience for the audience during live events.
6. Motion Graphics & Animation
- Create engaging motion graphics for product videos, social media posts, advertisements, and event promotions.
7. Video Editing
- Edit raw video footage into polished, on-brand videos for use in marketing campaigns, social media, and product demonstrations.
8. Copywriting (Optional)
- Provide creative copywriting for social media posts, advertisements, or promotional content, ensuring the text aligns with the overall brand voice and messaging.
9. Team Collaboration
- Regularly communicate with other departments, including marketing, product, and content teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of design projects.
10. Communication Skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and work collaboratively with different teams.
11. Time Management
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
12. Content Ideation & Brainstorming
- Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate fresh, innovative design ideas and content strategies.
13. Continuous Learning & Trend Awareness
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and continuously integrate new knowledge into your work.
14. Quality Control
- Ensure that all designs meet the company’s quality standards and specifications, from concept to final output.
15. Design Selection & Customization
- Select appropriate colors, typography, visuals, and design styles that best suit the goals of the project and the overall brand.
Qualifications
1. Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Experience: Minimum of [2-5 years] of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of digital and print work.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.), as well as motion graphics and video editing tools.
4. Design Skills: Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition.
5. Video & Motion Graphics: Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and animation is a plus.
6. Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail, ensuring designs are pixel-perfect and aligned with brand guidelines.
7. Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively, conceptualize unique designs, and adapt to changing project needs and trends.
8. Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
9. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and handle fast-paced tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
