Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
- Make calls to prospective clients or existing customers in Japanese to promote products and services.
- Conduct surveys or interviews, gather feedback, and report information.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Japanese-speaking customers.
- Address customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services.
Sales Promotion:
- Present sales offers and promotions to potential clients, aiming to generate leads and sales.
- Track and follow up on leads and prospects, ensuring timely communication.
Data Entry and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Update customer databases and CRM tools with relevant information in both Japanese and English (if required).
Collaborate with Sales Team:
- Work with the sales team to identify sales opportunities and meet targets.
- Assist in preparing sales pitches and materials for Japanese-speaking clients.
Achieve Sales Goals:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in regular performance reviews and contribute to improvement plans.
Job Requirements:
Language Skills:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken)
- JLPT N1 / N2 will be added advantage
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Experience:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Experience dealing with Japanese-speaking customers is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and computer-based tools.

Work Hours:
- Based on arrangement (2 days off in a week)
