Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

  • Make calls to prospective clients or existing customers in Japanese to promote products and services.
  • Conduct surveys or interviews, gather feedback, and report information.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Japanese-speaking customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services.

Sales Promotion:

  • Present sales offers and promotions to potential clients, aiming to generate leads and sales.
  • Track and follow up on leads and prospects, ensuring timely communication.

Data Entry and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Update customer databases and CRM tools with relevant information in both Japanese and English (if required).

Collaborate with Sales Team:

  • Work with the sales team to identify sales opportunities and meet targets.
  • Assist in preparing sales pitches and materials for Japanese-speaking clients.

Achieve Sales Goals:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in regular performance reviews and contribute to improvement plans.

Job Requirements:

Language Skills:

  • Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken)
  • JLPT N1 / N2 will be added advantage
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Experience:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience dealing with Japanese-speaking customers is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and computer-based tools.

Personality Traits:

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal oriented.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.

Work Hours:

  • Based on arrangement (2 days off in a week)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM7,500.00 per month
