1.Check in & out of guests in a professional manner. i.Welcome and greet guest upon arrival with smile and professional manner. ii.Check guests' name and their number of rooms / dorms and the number of nights. iii.Check the record if it is coincides with reservation details that have been sent from KK office. iv.Brief the guest all the information they need to know especially, payment, package, their room location, facilities, activities, and meal time. v.Double check guests' payment. vi.-Collect room key from guests before they leave. vii.-Ask the guest to give their feedback by filling up the feedback form. viii.-Ask housekeeping to check guests' room to ensure they didn't leave anything in the room or accidentally taken anything which belongs to the lodge. 2.Answering telephone calls with professional manner. 3.Assist guests with all inquiries. i.Refer to senior staff or manager if the guest needs something that need attention from management such as problem with package or they need assistant on their flight ticket. 4.Maintain proper work flow of the front desk. i.Make sure to always check the reservation that has been sent from KK office. Update any changes on the reservation and make sure to inform all department especially boatman and in house guide on the changes. ii.All front desk staff must cooperate and aware with all the information they need to know such as occupancy for the day and transportation arrangement. Make sure to record all the important information in a log book for review by manager or colleague. 5.Maintain security of the front desk. i.Ensure all sales money has been kept secured and locked in the drawer 6.Maintain key, inventory and cash control. 7.Assist guest with safe deposit box facility. 8.Assist guest with laundry requirement. 9.Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required by the management.
