• To work closely with operations personnel to ensure smooth coordination of customer's consignment. • To work closely with customer service executive to identify, report and seek corrective and preventive actions for all discrepancies. • Collect and maintain detailed customer records; review and provide weekly updates, analyse and ensure all matters are attended to. • Conduct customer survey on service levels, improvement areas and ensure subsequent corrective and preventive action. • To closely monitor the consignments of customers by sending out pre-alerts and update customers on any discrepancies. • Ensure and strive to meet all customer demands. • Purposes to set up contact number and person i.e. hot / direct line. • Need to work towards smooth and effective communication flow between operations personnel and customer service personnel. • Set-up customer service help desk for booking, information, assistance, clarification etc. Collects, reviews, revises and prepares customer information and reports according to established guidelines and procedures, for e.g. tonnage, capacity, performance, and driver trip reports, etc...
