Job Responsibility • Assist in admin & front desk • Provide general administrative and clerical support • Perform data entry • Assist in resolving any administrative problems • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time Job Requirements: • At least 1 years working experience in related field. No experience also welcome. • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure • Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels • Able to communicate with BM, English & Mandarin (added advantage) • Experience with invoicing in accounting software (eg.
