1. Reporting to Customer Service Executive /Marketing Manager 2. PO to have break down delivery date and quantity 3. To enter Sales Order / Forecast entry with accurate information and on time 4. ensure PO price tally with Price List price break 5. Get confirmation from customer if PO exceed + 25% from forecast provided by customer 6. Monitor forecast/usage 7. To reduce and report unclosed PO exceeded 3 months from date of PO 8. Coordinate and liaise with Supply and Manufacturing Departments to ensure finished goods are made ready on time 9. Update and provide accurate information in delivery schedule 10. Monitor stock status regularly of individual customer to avoid stagnant stock build-up hence reduce inventory-holding cost 11. Update and maintain proper recording, filling and identification of documents 12. Provide supportive documentation to effect payment. 13. Attend to customers' enquiries and complaints 14. Provide feedback information between customer and Versatile Paper Boxes Sdn Bhd internal departments. 15. Maintain close rapport with customer 16.To assist Marketing personnel on preparing quotation 17. Other minor or ad-hoc activity or function 18. Ensure FSC orders are received and identify correctly 19. Generate Sales Order and will be stamped with 'FF' to indicate FSC requirements 20. Awareness of risks, awareness of interest party needs and expectations. awareness of consequences of quality failure
