ENGINEER

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and experienced engineer to contribute to our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supervising the manufacturing and installation of various products and systems. Key Responsibilities: Settings machine tools, programing and operation with CNC Lathe, Milling. Knows how to run machine OKUMA CNC Lathe, Fanuc Robodrill. Create technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Design and develop new products, systems, or processes based on requirements. Conduct research to solve engineering problems and improve existing systems. Perform detailed calculations to develop manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications. Test and evaluate theoretical designs. Analyze data and present findings in detailed reports. Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and manufacturing staff to ensure product quality and performance. Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations. Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Software, etc.) or a related field. 3 years of experience in engineering or a related field. Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., MasterCAM, AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and standards. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to speak Japanese is an added advantage.
