Factory Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Job Descriptions - To comply with relevant Safety, Health, and Environment regulations and other requirement, and continuous commitment and support towards accident prevention. - Follow superior's instruction at all time. - Responsible for leading a group of team managers in ensuring all operational matters target are met. - Overall responsibility for the entire quality control and assurance functions including implementing procedures designed to ensure company products meet quality specification. - Overall responsibility for the effective maintenance of the machinery and equipment in the plant to ensure optimum performance. - Overall responsibility for establishing and maintaining an effective scheduling system to achieve delivery objectives, the production for maximizing the machine capacity and efficiency, labour and inventory target. - Overall responsibility for develop and roll out policies and standards for effective purchasing and appraising potential suppliers. - Overall responsibility for managing and controlling production efficiency and constantly improve productivity, quality and production yield. - Overall responsibility for building excellent working relationship with sales/customers, production and relevant departments with objectives of enhancing customer satisfaction on products and service quality performance. - Overall responsibility for effectively implemented and maintain company Quality Management System as to ensure products are conformed to customers and interested parties requirement. - Overall responsibility for identify training need of all personnel and conduct necessary training for required skill that they are able to perform. - Recommendation annual staff performance appraisals, confirmation, increment, promotion, extensions of probation and etc. - To provide technical support and problem solving for ECL products when require form ECL management team. Job Requirements - Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing or relevant engineering. - Fluent in English and native Japan is a must. - Have more than 7 years of experience in Manufacturing with knowledge about paper bag (industrial) - Think for safety first / prioritize safety issue. - Strong organizational skills, leadership ability and technical background. - Hands-on experience in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP system. - Good negotiating and analytical skills. - Result oriented with high level of commitment. - Computer literate (Window & Microsoft application)
