Monitor and review the use of software, test equipment and troubleshooting methodologies. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all debugging activities, including the identification of issues, actions taken and resolution outcomes. Provide reports to management on debugging trends, performance and any ongoing challenges. • Production Support: Provide direct technical support during critical production periods to ensure that equipment failures or production bottlenecks are addressed swiftly to minimize downtime. • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the technical capabilities of the debug team, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest troubleshooting techniques and equipment. • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all debugging activities are performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Promote a culture of safety and ensure the team follows all relevant procedures during debugging processes. • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to contribute ideas for improving debugging processes, production efficiency, and equipment reliability.
