Accounting and Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities: Cash Flow: • Oversee cash flows transaction and update daily cash flow. • Conduct daily and monthly accounting functions, including responsibilities related to both accounts payable and accounts receivable. Accounting and Financial Reporting: • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and present findings to the management team. • Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions using ABSS. Audit and Compliance: • Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, company secretaries, bankers and other relevant authorities on their respective manners. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. Requirements: • Bachelor's Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Proficiency in ABSS accounting software (desirable) and MS Office Suite. • Excellent organizational discipline and multitasking abilities. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Detail-oriented with high analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Possess own transport (essential but not required).
