  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven IT Executive to join our team and support our growing IT infrastructure.

Job Description: We are looking for an IT Executive who will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of both hardware and software systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure that all IT-related activities are aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware systems.
  • Oversee software and hardware installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure system security, data backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
  • Provide technical support to staff and resolve any IT-related issues.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and security.
  • Maintain and manage user accounts, permissions, and network security.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align IT strategies with business objectives.
  • Prepare and manage IT-related budgets and cost reports.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies and recommend solutions that can enhance business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma /Degree in IT Technology, Computer Science or other related fields.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in network and system administration.
  • Strong analytic skill Proficiency with Windows environment is a must.
  • Good understating of TCP/IP, Firewalls, IPsec Site-to-Site VPN, SSL VPN.
  • Familiar with NAS, SAN and other enterprise grade storage solutions is a plus.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work after office hours and weekends as and when needed.
