Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments. Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning. Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and variances from budgets. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary documentation for filings. Collaborate with external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the Apparel & Fashion industry. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively.
