Job Description:
1. Provide technical support to clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and ticketing systems.
2. Track and manage incidents and service requests using the ticket management system.
3. Monitor and respond to support tickets and inquiries within the established Service Level Agreement (SLA).
4. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
5. Participate in requirement studies and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with clients during the system development phase.
6. Assist in creating system development documentation such as User Requirement Specification (URS), System Requirement Specifications (SRS) and User Manual.
7. Provide system training and end-user support to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Detail-oriented and thrives in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
3. A motivated learner, eager to enhance technical support skills.
4. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, both virtually and in-person.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
6. Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology is an added advantage.
7. Proficient in PHP, Java is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
