Junior Front-End & Back-End Programmer

PHP, Java/Kotlin, C++, Javascript, Swift, Rust or C#

1. General Programming Support

• Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating web or software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers.
• Debug and resolve software issues to ensure smooth application functionality.

2. Collaboration and Teamwork

• Work closely with team members, including front-end, back-end, and UI/UX designers, to meet project goals.
• Participate in meetings to discuss progress, understand requirements, and learn best practices.

3. Testing and Quality Assurance

• Conduct basic testing to identify and fix bugs in applications.
• Help ensure software quality and performance align with client and business expectations.

4. Learning and Skill Development

• Continuously learn new programming languages, tools, and frameworks as part of the role.
• Take on simple tasks in mobile development (e.g., Android with Java/Kotlin or iOS with Swift) as a bonus skill.
• Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning opportunities to enhance skills.

5. Supporting Project Goals

• Assist in developing features or tools that align with project requirements.
• Support the team in delivering projects on time while meeting quality standards.

Bonus Skills

• Basic understanding of mobile app development (training and mentorship will be provided).
• Familiarity with Android or iOS platforms, with the opportunity to enhance expertise through hands-on projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
