Project Manager (Telecommunication)

Job Responsibilities 1. Monitor and supervise staff working on the project to ensure efficiency and quality of work. 2. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies. 3. Ensure that all project objectives are met within the specified timeline and budget. 4. Utilize IT tools or other systems to track staff tasks and monitor overall project progress. 5. Recruit and manage specialists and subcontractors as required for project tasks. 6. Oversee departmental budgeting and billing, ensuring financial goals and constraints are met. 7. Report to clients or senior stakeholders on the project’s progress, ensuring clear communication of achievements and challenges. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunication Engineering or Electronics Engineering. 2. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Project Management (PM) or a similar role. 3. Multilingual abilities, with proficiency in [specify languages, if needed]. 4. Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to analyze and manage complex tasks and projects. 5. Excellent teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to achieving goals and managing team dynamics. 6. Commercial awareness, with a solid understanding of business objectives and project alignment. 8. Working experience with ZTE or Huawei (or similar telecommunications companies) is highly preferred.
