Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Proven experience in sales, event promotions, or roadshow activities is an added advantage. Familiarity with electrical products is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and during promotional campaigns.
Flexible to travel to different locations for roadshows.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods during events.
Comfortable with lifting and setting up promotional materials or light equipment.
Possession of a valid driving license and transport for traveling to various event locations (preferred but not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote electrical products at roadshow events, explaining their features and benefits to customers.
Conduct live product demonstrations to engage customers and drive interest.
Establish rapport with customers to increase the likelihood of sales conversions.
Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets during the roadshow events.
Upsell or cross-sell complementary products to increase overall sales.
Assist in the setup and teardown of the roadshow booth, ensuring it is visually appealing and aligned with the brand.
Ensure products are displayed neatly and properly.
Keep track of daily sales and customer interactions, submitting reports to supervisors.
Work closely with team members and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations during the roadshow.
Represent the company in a professional manner, embodying the brand’s values and mission at all times.
