Responsibilities:  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current CRM processes and identify areas for improvement, utilizing Thai language skills where necessary for effective communication with Thai-speaking team members.  Develop and implement strategies to streamline CRM workflows, enhance user experience, and maximize system efficiency, ensuring that Thai language capabilities are integrated into CRM processes as needed.  Provide ongoing support and maintenance for CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity, including troubleshooting technical issues in Thai as necessary.  Configure and customize e-commerce systems based on client requirements, utilizing Thai language skills for communication with Thai-speaking clients, including product catalog setup, pricing, promotions, and payment gateways.  Monitor e-commerce portals for performance and security vulnerabilities, implementing necessary updates and enhancements, with the ability to communicate findings and solutions effectively in Thai.  Conduct regular audits of CRM data and e-commerce transactions to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with company standards, with proficiency in written, spoken, and reading Thai language for accurate analysis.  Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CRM and e-commerce systems with other business applications and platforms, utilizing Thai language skills for seamless communication with Thai-speaking IT professionals.  Train end-users on CRM functionalities and best practices for utilizing e- commerce portals effectively, providing training materials and support in Thai as needed.  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM and e-commerce technologies, recommending innovations to enhance our systems, with the ability to access Thai language resources for research and learning. Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.  Proven experience as a Process Analyst or similar role, with a focus on CRM and e-commerce support.  Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho CRM.  Strong technical skills in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.  Proficiency in Thai Language (Speak, Read & Write) is mandatory.  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  Effective communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  Proficiency in written, spoken, and reading Thai or Thai language is mandatory.
