Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CRM and e-commerce systems with other business applications and platforms, utilizing Thai language skills for seamless communication with Thai-speaking IT professionals. Train end-users on CRM functionalities and best practices for utilizing e- commerce portals effectively, providing training materials and support in Thai as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM and e-commerce technologies, recommending innovations to enhance our systems, with the ability to access Thai language resources for research and learning. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Process Analyst or similar role, with a focus on CRM and e-commerce support. Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho CRM. Strong technical skills in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. Proficiency in Thai Language (Speak, Read & Write) is mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in written, spoken, and reading Thai or Thai language is mandatory.
