TECHNICIAN, EQUIPMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION. Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science with 2 years relevant working experience or Certificate in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science with minimum 4 years relevant working experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or working experience. Understand and comply to Venture Quality, Environment, Safety, Health, Labor and Ethics Management System Requirements. Responsible for performing periodic preventive maintenance on test equipment . Troubleshooting, repair defective test equipment and setup of new test station. Understand and Compliance to the Quality, Environment, Safety and Health Management System and RBA requirements. Perform periodic preventive maintenance on production test equipment in accordance to the preventive maintenance master schedule. Trouble shoot and repair the defective test equipment / tester accordingly. Setup new production test station in accordance to test equipment acceptance checklist and line layout. Take lead on registration of new consigned equipment. To ensure all test equipment are sent to calibration lab before calibration due date. Compliance to company quality, environment, safety & health management system. Feedback and reduce production test equipment breakdown. Housekeeping of test station in production floor and test equipment laboratory. Other duties as assigned.
